Agreement to These Legal Terms

I operate www.myipshow.com (the "Site"), together with the tools and pages available on it (collectively, the "Services").

These Terms of Use (the "Legal Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and me, Pavel Ahmed, operating as MyIPShow, concerning your access to and use of the Services. By using the Services you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. If you do not agree with them, you are not permitted to use the Services and must stop using them immediately.

I may modify or update these Legal Terms at any time. Any change is signalled by updating the "Effective" and "Last updated" dates at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Services after a revised version is posted means you accept the update, so it is worth checking this page from time to time.

You may want to save or print a copy of these terms for your own records.

1. The Services

MyIPShow provides free network diagnostic tools that run in your browser: IP Lookup, VPN Check, Proxy Check, Internet Speed Test, Ping Tool, User Agent Check, Robots.txt Analyzer, and DNS Lookup. The Services require no account, accept no file or user-content uploads, and are provided for informational and diagnostic purposes only.

The information provided through the Services is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation. If you access the Services from such a location, you do so on your own initiative and are solely responsible for complying with local law.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

What I own:

The content, source code, designs, text, graphics, and logos on the Services are owned by me or licensed to me, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. That content is provided "as is" for you to read and use for your own reference, and is not licensed for republication.

How you may use the tools:

Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the tools, including for your own work and for internal IT, development, and network administration tasks at the organisation you work for. What is not permitted is reselling access to the tools, or repackaging them as your own service.

Restrictions:

Except as expressly permitted above, you may not copy, reproduce, aggregate, republish, download, post, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission. Requests for permission can go to myipshowofficial@gmail.com.

Feedback you send me:

If you send me feedback, a bug report, or a suggestion, you grant me a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use it to improve the Services, with no obligation to credit or compensate you. You keep ownership of whatever you sent.

3. Your Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to accept these Legal Terms and agree to comply with them.
• You are at least 13 years old, or at least 16 where local law sets that threshold, and you have the consent of a parent or guardian if that is required where you live.
• You will not access the Services by automated or non-human means — a bot, a script, or anything similar — in a way that degrades performance for other people.
• You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services for any purpose other than the one they are made available for. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Systematically retrieving data or content from the Services to build a collection, database, or directory without written permission.
• Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Services.
• Unauthorised framing of, or linking to, the Services.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or placing an undue burden on the Services or the networks and servers they depend on.
• Attempting to bypass any rate limiting or access restriction applied to the tools.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious code.
• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to derive the source code of any software behind the Services.
• Using the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person or organisation.

5. Managing the Services

I reserve the right, but accept no obligation, to monitor the Services for breaches of these Legal Terms and to take appropriate technical or legal action against anyone who breaches them.

6. Term and Termination

These Legal Terms remain in force for as long as you use the Services. I reserve the right to deny access to the Services to any person for any reason, including for breach of any representation, warranty, or undertaking in these Legal Terms.

7. Modifications and Interruptions

I reserve the right to change, modify, or remove any part of the Services at any time and without notice. I cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times, since maintenance, hosting problems, and technical downtime all happen.

8. Governing Law

These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Where the mandatory consumer protection law of your own country of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived by agreement, nothing in these Legal Terms removes them.

9. Dispute Resolution

To keep the cost and time of any dispute down, you agree to raise any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Legal Terms with me informally first, and to allow at least 30 days to resolve it before starting formal proceedings. If it cannot be resolved that way, the courts of Bangladesh will have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have under the law of your country of residence to bring proceedings there instead.

10. Corrections

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. I reserve the right to correct any of them, and to change or update information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.

11. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You agree that your use of the Services and the tools on them is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Services and your use of them.

The Disclaimer page sets out in plain language what the tools can and cannot tell you, including why IP geolocation is an estimate rather than a fixed position.

12. Limitations of Liability

In no event will I be liable to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services, even if I have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limits on implied warranties, or the exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Where that is the case, some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold me harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Legal Terms.

14. Data You Enter Into the Tools

An IP address, domain, or URL you enter into a tool is processed in real time solely to return the result you asked for, and is not kept in a user profile afterwards. Temporary server logs may record basic connection data for technical diagnostics and to prevent abuse. What is collected, who receives it, and how long it is kept are all set out in the Privacy Policy.

15. Electronic Communications and Signatures

Visiting the Services, emailing me, and completing the contact form all count as electronic communications. You consent to receive communications electronically, and you agree that electronic agreements, notices, and disclosures satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

16. Miscellaneous

These Legal Terms, together with any operating rules I post on the Services, form the entire agreement between you and me. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remainder stays in force. I may assign my rights and obligations under these Legal Terms at any time; you may not assign yours without my written consent. Nothing in these Legal Terms creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship between us.
